Serve it by age

6 months

Blend the strawberry chia mash smooth and offer it on a spoon, or stir it into oatmeal.

Cut into squares.

12 months+

Add a thin layer of ricotta under the mash.

health_and_safetyAllergens

Contains wheat. The 12 months+ ricotta contains milk. Offer the toast fingers only after wheat has been introduced; for a first exposure, offer a small amount early in the day and watch for 2 hours. Mild redness around the mouth from acidic berries is common and usually not an allergy; hives, swelling, vomiting or trouble breathing are not, so stop and get medical help.
