Not medical advice
Our guides are general education. Your pediatrician knows your baby.
Always supervise
Any food can be a choking risk. Stay with your baby while they eat.

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Paper Street Labs LLC ("we", "us") for using Bite100: bite100passport.com, the Bite100 app, our printables and printed passports (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who can use Bite100
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract, and be a parent or legal guardian, or a caregiver using the Service with the parent's permission. Accounts are personal: keep access to your email account safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the caregivers you invite.
Health information is educational, not medical advice
Please read this section carefully. Food guides, cut sizes and serving shapes, recipes, feeding schedules, allergen plans, reminders, suggestions and all other content on Bite100 are general educational information. They are reviewed by our dietitians and based on published guidance, but they are not medical advice, they do not create a doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship, and they are not a substitute for advice from your pediatrician or another qualified health professional who knows your baby.
- Talk to your pediatrician before starting solids and before introducing allergens, especially if your baby has severe eczema, a known food allergy, or has reacted to a food before.
- Any food can cause choking. Always seat your baby upright, stay with them while they eat, and prepare food in a size and texture that suits their development. Learn infant first aid and CPR.
- Every baby is different, and guidance changes over time and between countries. You are responsible for deciding what, when and how to feed your baby.
- Never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read on Bite100. Read our Medical Disclaimer for who our content is written for.
- The allergen plan and reminders are organising tools, not a medical protocol. The pediatrician PDF only summarises what you entered.
In an emergency, such as trouble breathing, swelling of the face or lips, widespread hives, repeated vomiting, or a baby who is pale, floppy or unusually sleepy, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
What the Service does
Bite100 offers food guides, a food library, recipes, feeding schedules, a food and reaction log, a Top 9 allergen plan with reminders, caregiver sharing, printables and printed passports. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Plans and payments
- Free: all food pages, cutting guides, recipes and guides are free for everyone. The passport app gives full access for 7 days with no card needed, then becomes a free, read-only passport. Your stamps, notes and photos are never deleted because a trial ended.
- Monthly: $6.99 a month for full access. It renews each month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and your access continues to the end of the month you paid for.
- Lifetime Pass: $49, paid once, for full access on your account for every child you add. It does not renew.
- Current prices are shown on our pricing page and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. Price changes never affect what you have already paid; we will tell you before the price of remaining monthly payments changes.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
Refunds
If you are not happy with a purchase, email hello@bite100passport.com within 14 days and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Printed passports
Printed passports, cards and stickers are personalised and made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind unless the law requires it. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your shipping address; we can't be responsible for items sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Your content
Your logs, notes and photos belong to you. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display them to you and the caregivers you invite, only so we can provide the Service, for as long as needed to do so. You can delete them at any time.
When you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and that any adult pictured has agreed to it.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- upload or create any sexual, sexualised or exploitative content involving a minor. We have zero tolerance: we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities;
- access other people's accounts or passports without permission, or impersonate someone;
- upload anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or that breaks someone else's rights;
- scrape, bulk-download or copy our content, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
- overload, probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our content
Bite100's guides, food library, recipes, photos, illustrations, stamp designs, printables and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own personal, household use, including printing printables for your family. Any other use, including commercial use or republishing, needs our written permission.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by emailing us. This deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy and stops any remaining monthly payments. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. If we stop offering a paid feature you bought, we will give reasonable notice where possible and a fair refund for the unused part.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or up to date, or that following any guide will prevent choking, allergic reactions or other harm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Paper Street Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your responsibility
You agree to cover claims and costs arising from content you upload without the required rights or permissions, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the courts of Delaware, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and tell account holders about significant changes before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
