Mash the cooked peas with a fork instead of blending, so the purée has soft lumps.

9–12 months

Offer soft-cooked peas lightly squashed with a fork for pincer practice.

12 months+

Stir whole cooked peas into pasta, rice or mashed potato.

health_and_safetyAllergens

The purée has none of the top 9 allergens. The 12 months+ serving with pasta contains wheat.
