Murathan Yıldırım is a tech entrepreneur and engineer, and the founder of Paper Street Labs. After building, scaling and successfully exiting previous SaaS startups, he now builds apps for babies and young families, including Bite100 Food Passport and Baby AI Photoshoot.

He leads the product and engineering behind Bite100: the food passport, the allergen plan, reminders and caregiver sync, and the privacy rules that keep a family's data their own.
When our daughter İpek started solids, every meal came with a new question. How big should the pieces be? When does peanut go in? Was that gagging or choking? The answers were spread across apps, forums and printouts that didn't agree with each other.
My wife Cemre is a dietitian, so I watched her answer those questions for us, calmly and with the guidance to back it up. We built Bite100 so every parent can have that: one calm place for the answers, reviewed by our dietitians, and a passport that turns the messy firsts into keepsakes.
